Would you rather be the Hare or the Tortoise? Work with a friend. You are going to learn about hares and tortoises and listen to a story about them. You must decide which animal you would rather be. What you need to do Print a worksheet each about hares and tortoises. Use these websites to help you fill in the spaces. Hares Tortoises Listen whilst the teacher reads the story "The Hare and the Tortoise" Listen to the words that tell what the hare and the tortoise are like. Work together to use Inspiration to make a Character Profile of the Hare and the Tortoise. Think about which animal you would rather be. Print off a worksheet. Write which animal you would rather be and why. Draw a picture of yourself as hare or a tortoise. How did you go? Print off a sheet. Your teacher will help you fill it in.
